چکیده
در این تحقیق تلاش شده است تاثیر نظامهای کیفیت بر بهبود مستمر 20 شرکت تامین کننده قطعات خودرو به عنوان نمونه ای از مجموعه شرکتهای تامین کننده قطعات خودرو شرکت مگاموتور مورد مطالعه و بررسی قرار گیرد. مطالعه و بررسی مفهوم بهبود مستمر با استفاده از 9 متغیر انجام شده است که عبارتند از : ضایعات ، دوباره کاریها ، هزینه های بازرسی و کنترل ، نهادینه شدن آموزش ، مشارکت کارکنان ، رضایت مشتریان ، قیمت تمام شده محصول ، کیفیت محصول ، مدیریت کیفیت جامع.
